Seats will be reserved at your name for 24 hours since you first booked them, unless you find a different indication on your seat confirmation page; after this time limit, they will be freed and put back on the online sale system.

WARNING! There are 4 credit card payment attempts for every transaction. Should all of the four attempts fail, you won't be able to retrieve your reservation.

The Promoter can withdraw all of the available seats from the Internet sale independently from Charta srl. Should there be some unconfirmed reservations when and if the Promoter withdraws the sale, it no longer will be possible to carry out payments, even if the time limit has not yet expired.
